It's baaaaaaaaack...

My mini-coffin of goodness arrived! I opted for the larger scale model this year... The sauce is great and the packaging is a hoot.

Mine came loaded with lots of candy treats (see below) as well as a second CD of eerie music. A perfect accompaniment to my Halloween this year.

The brain shaped candy was a nice touch.

Here are some of the graphics from the previous post in their individual glory. The base illustration was done in Flash, then brought into Photoshop for all the pretty polishin'.

Latest venture...

Here's the cover for an upcoming CD from my wonderfully talented wife and her brother (he's pretty talented, too). If you haven't figured it out by the illustration, it's going to be a collection of lullabies....a few originals, and a few standards, all great! You can hear some clips at their site, www.stardustlullaby.com.
Medium:Flash and Photoshop - the greatest duo since Han and Chewy.

It makes for a nice trade off around our house....I design graphics for them, they produce music for my animations.

Doo doo doodles....

eye envy...

As you can see, I'm thrilled about planting a new tree in my yard. Actually, I do enjoy a little yard work now and then, unfortunately, I'm usually too swamped to attempt any large scale projects...plus, it's too flippin' hot outstide.

Not really any underlying thread to tie these drawings together, just a random selection from my sketchbook.

Hopes you like 'em.

HOT sauce for Halloween...

Boing boing posted an article about this stuff and mine just arrived in the mail today! With names like flesh eater and flesh eater 2, it's got to be good...plus the packaging is simply AWESOME!

Here's the link, Hauntedhostsauce.com.

WOW! that's cool....

What an exciting couple of days it's been. Cold Hard Flash did a nice little write up about me on their blog, check it out. And in nerdy news, I received an honorable mention for my submission to the World of Warcraft cartoon contest...

On top of all that, I also have a few more winks published atKiwee...

Goth

A variation of one of my favorite paintings.

the 17th? that's my birthday!

Today is the day I officially become one year older. And to celebrate, I'm posting photos of my yard!

I borrowed my neighbors spreader to add turf builder to my grass...

...can you guess where I applied the fertilizer?

Makes a nice football field. I think I'll be needing to borrow the spreader again.

BUNNIES!

The other night our cat brought a baby rabbit into the house. The rabbit didn't appear to be having too much fun dangling from kitty's mouth, so my wife and I attempted to rescue it. Getting the baby bunny from the cat wasn't too much trouble, but then the rabbit scurried off.

We opened the back door and after 25 minutes of chasing it around the kitchen, living room, and dining room trying to get it to go outside, we got it cornered. As we were about to trap it in a small box, it escaped again and neither of us saw where it went.

We thoroughly inspected all the rooms and saw no trace of the bunny and therefore assumed it had escaped outside.

Later in the evening, while I was making sure the doors were locked, I came across our little friend....two feet from the spot where we lost it. In our defense, we have a dark tile floor and the room was dimly lit, plus the bunny was very small and dark brown in color. So you can understand how we could have overlooked it, right?.....can't ya?

This time with blockades set up and broom sticks in hand, we managed to guide the little squirt out the front door.

Then I sent our cat outside to finish him off.

Just kidding.

Anyway, at some point during this whole affair, it struck me how calm the bunny looked although I'm sure it was quite terrorfied. I was inspired to create this awesome masterpiece...I think I spent more time writing this blurb than I did on the illustration.

crazy uncle RO-MAN

My nutty uncle RO-MAN is always trying to destory the Earth. We don't invite him to family vacations anymore. Some of us are still a little sore at him for eating our baby sister. He always had a thing for ....bubbles.

my green tambourine...

ok, it's really brown, but she's playin' the holy he## out of it. Another kid carrying a lethal weapon. Once again, I've colored in Flash. Is there nothing that Flash can't do?.....don't answer that.
